Welcome to Attention Checker.

Now you've got something most people don't.

A real way to measure your attention — not guess at it, not list a bunch of behaviors — actually see it perform.

What you can do here

Take a performance-based attention assessment

Compare your results across different conditions

Learn about attention and focus from Dr. Clifford L. Corman, MD — a board-certified psychiatrist with 40 years of experience helping people truly understand their attention.

How it works

Each session takes about 30 minutes — 3 minutes to practice and then 25 minutes for the real thing, doing a simple, boring, repetitive task. The boring part is the key — that's where your true attention reveals itself.

This is not a diagnostic tool. It's your personal window into how your attention actually works. Use it alongside your healthcare provider, not instead of one.
