When you use the app or website:
- Your email address (used to send a one-time login code)
- Your name (if you choose to provide it in your profile)
- Test results from attention assessments you complete
- Purchase history if you buy sessions

- Basic usage data and device information
- IP address for security and spam prevention
How we use your data
- To send you a one-time login code via email
- To store and display your test results
- To process payments for sessions
- To improve the app and diagnose technical issues
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We send transactional emails only (login codes, purchase confirmations). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
How long we keep your data
We retain your account, test results, and purchase history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request to view, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us at privacy@attentioncheckup.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- MailerSend — transactional email delivery
- Railway — cloud hosting
Children's Privacy
Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. You must be 18 or older to create an account, purchase sessions, or provide us with any personal information.
The app includes a shorter test designed for younger users. A parent or guardian may allow a child to take that test using the parent's own account, with the parent present. In that case, the account, the email address, and all results remain the parent's. We do not create accounts for children, we do not ask children for their name, email address, age, or any other identifying information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@attentioncheckup.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
