Terms of Service — Attention Checker

1. What Attention Checker is

Attention Checker is a personal wellness application that provides performance-based attention assessments. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional healthcare. Use of this app does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

2. Who can use it

You must be 13 or older to use Attention Checker. Users under 13 may only use the app with verifiable parental consent and under parental supervision.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Login is via one-time email code — no passwords are stored. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Purchases and refunds

Sessions are purchased in-app. Sessions purchased but not yet used may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a session has been used, it is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@attentioncheckup.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Not medical advice

Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.

7. Limitation of liability

Attention Checker is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, After 9 to 5 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
